I have synced an Azure group from azure to box so I can have a better management regarding the user access. But apparently there is one user that is not getting sync from Azure to Box but only one specific user cause all the new users when I add them to the group the link will automatically move the user from Azure to Box. Also in the past that user use to had access without any issues
Any ideas?

There are 950 users that is not getting sync from Azure to Box .when I add them to the group the link will automatically move the user from Azure to Box.
Also in the past that user groups were reflecting in BOX.
