Available storage not accurately reflected. Please run script to fix the bug!

Hi, I've started a new project which will require a lot of new files to be uploaded to my account. Right now my account says 98GB out of 100GB are being used, even after i deleted (and emptied trash) to clear more space. 

I've seen other posts where a script can be run by the Box team to fix. I need to have that happen ASAP. Also, if the script is run, does that fix the issue permanently?

I will be adding a lot of files and will need to regularly check the overall availability of storage.
