Automatic Join folder in salesforcer

Hi,

I got a case where two users in salesforce have edit and view access to the Opportunities Object. 

However, if user A creates the record, user B is not automatically added to the folder when searching for the same record that A created. 

User B is asked to click and "Join Folder"

Is there a way to make it for user B to automatically join the  box folder in salesforce?

    Checkout this page and go down to the section called "enabling auto-collab for a user"... this should fix your issue!
