I Used "MS Forms" and don't like it for automation. I want to:
- (Multiple BOX Users) Select a template in a folder.
- Select an external (Non-BOX user) e-mail address to collaborate on only the selected document.
- Upon the completed collaboration by the external user route the document to a specific location and send a notification.
This feels like a question / task for "BOX Relay".
"MS Forms" sends a document out and back when completed from the external source, but we are still required to Check status and move files when document is completed.
Can you help/advise?
