Is it possible to get a link for a file in my BOX drive that will allow to file be downloaded immediately once the link is clicked?

Direct links would be closest feature that I could think of that can achieve your goal here.
A 'Direct link' allows a collaborator to click on the direct link, the file will downloaded onto his or her computer. A direct link is a web address (URL) that links to a file without using Box Preview.
