I have shared a folder with another Box.com account holder, but the person is having issue accessing the folder due to the request for an Authenticator Code. Upon login the individual is able to successfully enter email and password, then it asks for the Authenticator code. When the user enters the code, they get an "invalid code" error. There are a couple of options in the box, one of which is to log out and start over. So, it appears it is accepting the email and password, just not the code. The user has tried in Edge and Chrome. The user has used Box.com before, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
