I can't remember what app I used originally to authenticate my account but I don't receive anything when asked for a code. I have used my backup codes but they appear to only be one time use and now I can not get into my account.

    Hi - I'm having the same problem.  It asks me for an authenticator code, but doesn't provide a QR code.
