Authenticator app

It is telling me I need an authenticator app to set up my box even though I already have 2 step verification through my phone. Can you please let me know what app I need to download and log into so that I can get past this point. Thank you!

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I see that you already have the 2fa enabled in the account.

    The administrator of your Box enterprise may require 2FA to be used for external collaborators. If so, the administrator may also require that the 2FA method be via an authenticator app, or the administrator may also allow 2FA via SMS.
