Auth_code generated from Box integration app

When clicked on app in File, the auth_code genrated is not useful for other files. Can we have some global auth_code or access_code generation

Objective: Client will install our app from Box Integration and click on app will share the auth_code and generate authorization code OR share the authorization code. Will use that code to make api calls to scan all files.

Problem: One File produces Auth_code and that only gives access to that file/folder


AIM : to make api calls from backend to the User's Box and get all Users. Files, Folders and Download the File.


I have asked for all permission still when client adds my app, he is not having access to list users. How to fix these issue ??
