I have shared music files from Apple Music to the box but they can't be played. I have logged out of my account and back in again. And I have deleted the file and saved it again, they play over other songs, very frustrating. I used MacBook Pro.

Have you checked the audio format? Songs from Apple Music are DRM-protected AAC files. If you want to play downloaded Apple Music tracks on more devices, you need to convert Apple Music to DRM-free audio files like MP3. You could try the AMusicSoft Apple Music Converter to help convert Apple Music to MP3. Hi William. First, you should check which format is compatible with your box.  Then you could use DumpMedia Apple Music Converter to convert songs to your desired formats. It's quite easy.
