Hi,

I’m encountering an error when trying to add my personal email address to my account. Could someone assist with this? Error says:

There was an error while trying to add *********@gmail.com to your account.

Welcome to Box community!

Here are few troubleshooting to try:

  • Logout/in from Box.com
  • Clear your browser's cache
  • Use a different browser

If the steps above did not work, I suggest that you reset your Box password and then try to add your personal email address again.

I was able to add the email address but not able to verify the email address.

I am not able to verify the personal email address. I added it but nothing is happening to verify and change.
