ASKING TO UPDATE STORAGE

Hello, 

I am a member of a business account and I am being asked to upgrade for more storage. I am not the owner of the folder and no one else is having the issue. It is business critical that I can continue to upload to the business account without paying for extra storage on my personal acct. Can someone please help?

Welcome to the Box Community! 

I looked up your collaborators and one of them has reached the maximum allowable uploads which is 10 GB. I suggest that you contact the owner you are uploading to and ask to free up space.

Hi,

We are facing a similar issue, but we have an individual account and it says we only used 1.8 MB out of 10 GB, and they're asking us to upgrade storage. Can someone look into this please?
