Asking to run script to correct the used space count

How may I ask the support to run the script to correct the used space count: even without any file it shows 50% space used.

    Hi there, I'm really sorry and disappointed... my space appear full again, but it isn't...

    It should be used for about 30gb... 

    So please can you run the script to correct the used space count: 

    Terms of ServiceAccessibility statement
