"Your payment information could not be processed," I get an error. The credit card information is correct, so I don't know the cause.

I read the article on "Payment methods accepted by Box" in Box product support, but I couldn't find a solution...

Japanese yen payment, credit card information are using MasterCard.

MasterCard is available, right?
