when i am using the developer token, using "as-user" seems to work. when using oauth2, it does not. from the link i included:

"You can do so by clicking Contact Support and following the ticket submission flow there" but the link does not have there a ticket submission. how can i test the as-user functionality under oauth2?

    That previous blog post is outdated. You should be able to check the box in the app settings. Here is the link with the information.
