As Admin I cannot see all the folders and files

I am the admin for our use of Box but I'm not seeing all the files/folders that individual users created.   Seems I should be able to???

    Hi Mike, 

     

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

     

    You should be invited to a folder/file that you do not own to access it. Please have your managed users to send you an invite.
