We have been begging for years. They will not give us a response. My org just announced a switch over to OneDrive/Sharepoint combo because of it. Dreading the switch but you cannot get a response from Box.

Agreed. I applied for their ARM Beta weeks ago, filled forms, jumped through hoops and they just ignored me. No reply. Looking at alternative party solutions.
