I received an email coming from 'jtaubert@box.com' saying that my account is currently out of compliance and that you need this discrepancy resolved before the end of the month in order for my account to be in good standing. They ask me to book time via a signature below in the mail.
Are these type of emails really coming from you? Or do I need to be careful? Why do I not receive questions via the platform itself?
