Currently, our users receive notifications when they exceed their quota. Is there a way to set up a notification when they are at, say, 90% of their quota?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked that to set up a notification for users reaching certain storage usage percentage.
If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
