When I approve an app to be integrated, does that app or developers of that app have full access to all the data in my Box.com account?

The content the application can interact with and the actions app application can take on that content are dependent on how the developer configured the application. Depending on the type of application the requested permissions will either be listed when you click "grant access" or in the admin console when you authorize the application for use within your enterprise.
