I needed to format my machine and now to install the Box Drive x64 again, it doesn't run. Runs and does not install the app. The machine meets all the requirements.

Did you used the installer from this link to install your Box Drive? If so, is there an error message when you try to install Box Drive and can you send a screenshot in this forum?
