I am a Penn Medicine employee looking to use curl or wget to download files from our PennBox. When I try to do so on our network, it downloads an html of “Web Page Blocked.” When I try not on our network, it downloads an empty file. I have verified that the links I am giving it are correct. Has anyone run into this and know a solution?
