using box documentation:

i noticed two things:

a. the events: ENABLE_MULTI_FACTOR_AUTH,DISABLE_MULTI_FACTOR_AUTH are actually MULTI_FACTOR_AUTH_ENABLE,MULTI_FACTOR_AUTH_DISABLE

b. the event MULTI_FACTOR_AUTH_DISABLE does not fire when disabling 2fa in the admin settings.
