I am getting an error in box sync:


"Another item with this name already exists in the same folder ..."


I have many files with the same name just like this one inside many folders, so I do not know which file is causing the issue.  In box sync there is no path shown. 


In Windows in the box folder there are no icons showing problematic files.


What can I do to find the problematic file?

Could you try to click on "More Info" and see if it will display the folder location? 


Additionally, can I confirm your Operating System and current Box version?

I tried clicking on the 'More Info' and it took me to: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697614-Miscellaneous-Box-Drive-Error-Notifications#bfdusedname


Box Drive Version: I had 2.41.226 and, just minutes ago a notice popped up about an update.  I updated to 2.42.212.  The button still takes me to the same URL.


OS: Windows 10.
