An error occurred while creating SSO connection

Hi I am trying to setup SSO using azure provider. I generated Federation Metadata XML on the azure Enterprise Application Box application according to the guide:

When I am auploading this file to the box SSO configuration I received an error: 

• An error occurred while creating SSO connection.
  Please contact Box User Services.

Can you help me with this ?
