I have a 50GB account. I deleted all my files and even emptied the trash. But it still says 49.8GB used out of 50GB. It does not let me upload files, and Box even crashed and deleted some files from my laptop. No idea where they are. Fortunately I have a back up on external hard drive.


 


Anyway, my request is for you to run the script so that it resets the free space since I have no files stored anyway. Otherwise I will not be able to copy any files at all.
