I cannot access any of my clients boxes All have vanished

I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of the folder or file. They need to check if the file is still available on their end or they might have removed you as a collaborator. Please check this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196273-Managing-Collaborators
