I logged into my account for the first time in 6 months and all the data I had saved was gone.
Is there any way to recover the data?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    Are you looking for your own files or those that are just collaborated with? If it's the latter, kindly reach out to the folder owner as your collaboration access may have ended. 

    Meanwhile, for your own files that have been deleted during the last 6 months. Note that Box stores files and folders you place in Trash for a certain period of time,  that default period is 30 days.
