All of my files are gone.

Question

Something happened with my account today and all of my files and folders are gone.
Since I had Box drive on my desktop, it also deleted my files and folders on my desktop too. There is nothing in my Trash as well.

I want to recover my files as soon as possible. This should not be happening.

My account still shows the storage used but there are no folders accessible
