All of my files and folders are gone

Question

Not sure what weird technical issue is there - I used to keep my critical files with Box - today I logged in after switching my laptop - and to my horror - it's showing a black drive - like each and everything is gone with a trace. What the hell is going on - how do I get my stuff back?

I am myself the owner for all the files - and I never shared them - there were like 30 folders in there - and all of a sudden all of them are gone?
