I just tried to log into Box and my password was incorrect. After trying a couple of times, it accepted my password, but is now welcoming me as a new member. I can't access any of my folders and files. PLEASE HELP!

Welcome to the Box Community!
From what I can see on my end, there are still files on your account. If you are referring to a collaborated folder, please contact the owner of the file directly and have them check if the files were still shared to you.

Same here. It appears I've lost over a year's worth of data somehow. Please advise
I was the administrator/owner of the files on my account. So I don't understand why Box sees me as a new member. I can't access anything.
