Hello, I’ve been a Box user since it came out and primarily use it for cloud storage. The last time I logged in (a few months ago), all my files were there and everything was working normally.
Today, I was prompted to reset my password. After logging back in, I found that all of my files are missing.
Could you please help me understand what might have happened and how I can recover my data?
