All my files disappeared.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to to help! 

To look for your missing files, please login to box.com and head over to your trash/bin icon. 

You may start to sort, filter or search for your missing files or folders. 

• In your trash, you can use the search bar and begin to type the missing file or folder's name. 
• Or you can use the filters, to do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow.  Then click the option you want.

Once you find the item that you need to restore, here's how to recover it. 

• Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
• 1. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
  • • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    • At the prompt, click Okay.
