All my files are disappeared from particular folder. Immediate help required to recover.

First off, I'd like to confirm if the missing files are in a folder that you own or owned by someone else?

If you own the Folder location, can you check and filter your Box Trash to "Items I own" and see if you can find and recover those files in there?

If these are in a folder owned by another user, I recommend reaching out to the owner to check if they changed the structure or your access, if they deleted or move those files to somewhere else.

my file all disappeared.

in the log history - I logged in march, the files were there

in July when I logged in, it is a new format and all the files disappeared except those files I uploaded

I used box since 2016 but free. is it now have to pay and the files disappeared.

I am the only person to use the box.

After July, I was sicked due to covid and did not follow up.

Now I logged in again, all the files that I have uploaded still not there.
