Recently, after I paid for (upgraded) my BOX account, I was no longer able to see any of the folders and files I had been using.


Other information says that the folder upgrade process may take some time, so you won't be able to view it for a while. Is this normal?


Will I be able to see it if I wait for a while?

The capacity was about 8G, but there may have been a large number of files.
