Question
All files unavailable...:please help!
On Saturday, all of my organizations core folders and files became unavailable and disappeared from our Box account. We did not receive any maintenance emails from Box and have been unable to get a hold of support. We are under a major deadline this week and this is causing a massive problem. Please help!
