For the past week, whenever I open up the files tab, or try to open a file with an external link, it would show a blank page. The same thing would happen if I tried to open different tabs on my account settings page as well. Does this have something to do with the plan that I'm currently on?

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:


1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history or use a different browser
3. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN
4. Check if your firewall is configured for Box apps https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696434-Configuring-A-Firewall-For-Box-Applications
5. Try to connect to a different network
6. Reach out to the owner of the link and request for a new shared link.
