All files habe been deleted.

I am having the issue -all files habe been deleted.

According to display but the storage space in web browser there is 8.7 GB out of 10.0 GB used. Disk space usage seems to be incorrect.

Then I will upload all files again.

    The issue that you run into seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

    I went ahead and ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
