All Files disappeared

To confirm, do you own the missing files/folders or are these collaborative contents owned by someone else?

If a collaborative content that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative item has removed you as a collaborator. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative content to have them re-invite you to that folder again.

If you own these missing contents, have you tried to check your Box Trash? Box allows you sort and filter items within the trash folder. You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

• The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.
• The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

Tip: Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.

i am the owner of the items. when i click the recent / trash - there was nothing ( refer to yesterday).

the format of the box looked different in my last log in....

is it because of the new look that my files disappeared? can u checked for me.

The new UI will not cause your files to disappear from you Box.

I did check your profile linked to this post and its seems there are a couple of folders and files in this account.

Do you perhaps have another Box accounts which could be storing the files you are looking for? You may want to check your other email inboxes to see if you've registered using another email for another Box account which could be storing your missing files.
