Are the files you're looking for are your owned contents or collaborated with? If it's the latter, you may reach out to the folder owner and request for a collaboration re-invite.
Meanwhile, if you're looking for your owned contents kindly check your trash by going to box.com> trash/bin icon.
Here's how you could sort, search or filter your deleted files and later on restore it.
