All documents are lost.

Me and my colleges used to share documents through box now this "share point"  is lost and we cannot find any of our folders or documents. The account looks like a newbie account with no documents!!!

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    In order to locate your missing folders, do you remember if it's your owned folders or shared folders? If it's the latter, reach out to the folder owner for the possible collaboration invite.

    Meanwhile, if it's your owned folders. You might want to check your trash and filter your deleted contents to "Items I Own". 

    To restore your folders through trash: 

    To restore items in Trash:

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
    • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.
