I paid the business license fee for the storage update in the box yesterday. But, data (word, ppt, PDF etc..) are all disappered!!! I checked history and trash, but it is not in trash and no trace of it. Of course I or my colleagues didn't delete it.
The file of the box contains a lot of my work from the last 3 years.
I don't know what to do..... Any way to recover it, please.
