I paid the business license fee for the storage update in the box on Sep 16.
But, all data (word, ppt, PDF etc..) are disappered when I checked my folder on Sep 18.
I checked history and trash, but it is not in trash and no trace of it.
I or my colleagues didn't delete it.
I inquired about this matter,
The support person told me to wait up to 24 hours due to your upgrade.
However, it has been over 24 hours and the problem has not been resolved at all.
Three years of data were deleted.
