After uploading a file to Box it says "File does not exist"

This problem never used to happen to me but now every 3 or so files that I upload receive a little cloud icon next to the file name that says "file does not exist" when hovered over. Collaborators cannot access these files, but can access other files in the same folder that upload correctly. Sometimes removing the file and re-uploading fixes the problem but this is terribly time consuming... Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

Would this be Box Drive or Box Sync? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app tool?

Thanks for the reply! I believe it is Box Drive. I have not tried uninstalling and re-installing. Do you have a quick guide to how I can do that?
