Hello,
There are some issue with opening After Effect projects (mostly big projects).
After effect is a program that is linking a lot of files, A LOT, 100-300 Go. I think Box has trouble with all these linked files.
And with Box there is sometimes no way to open this project after a few weeks closing it.
Yes I have downloaded (make folder available offline) the whole folder with all files (128go), so I don't understand what the problem is...
No, it's not After effect, any other projects work when I store them on a drive.
No I have no error message at all, After effect just blocks.
Yes, all files are in the same folder and not dispatched.
Anyone has a workaround ? Thanks.
