Have not received a new file since December 2022?  Cache has been cleared multiple times in an attempt to enable this to happen.  Why are we not receiving new files to download?

Welcome to the Box Community! I’m happy to help.

I looked up your Box account and is correctly receiving emails from our email server.

Are you suppose to receive an email invitation to collaborate to a folder? Have you checked with the collaborator if the invitation was sent to the correct email?

If you are not able to receive messages from Box please check your company's mail server or firewall.

Would you please let me know to which email address these are being sent - as neither my colleague nor myself are receiving any emails from box.  Many thanks, Pamela
