Admin change not working

Hello I am the admin of my account. I am trying to transfert the role to someone else and it's not working.

After I receive the email to confirm the transfert, I get this when I click on it.

 

  • You do not have permission to confirm this administrator transfer.

  • You may not confirm the administrator transfer. Please log out and try again after logging in as the administrator.

 

I am the administrator, and I am connected to the account...

What now?
