Hello,
our box admin is not longer with the company and I need to make myself (CEO) the admin and delete the original admin.
Another person who also left the company also should be deleted as a user, but I'd like to know what the best way is to transfer ownership of folders or files from this user to another before deleting the user.

Our COO has left the company. We have access to his files, but need to reassign admin responsibilities and archive his files. Can you start a ticket for us? Similar to the request above, I need to be made the admin. I am the owner/ceo. - John
