Admin and Co-admin roles must use a verified domain for the primary and secondary email addresses.

Hi there,

I get this message when trying to upgrade a member to co-admin role.

Also, I have tried to use SSO with Google, but get an error when trying to upload the pem file.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Due to our recent update we now require every Admin to have a verified domain. (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/11866162688915-Box-is-adding-zero-trust-enhancements-for-admins) 

    To remove the error you're receiving please make sure that your Admin's domain is verified and here's how. 

    For your questions and clarifications, please open your case and work with our Product Support team.

    What if I don't have access to my organisation domain ? is there any other way to add a co-admin ?
