Need to open a ticket to change administrator who is no longer with our organization

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Only the current Admin has the ability to change the Administrator in their Box instance. Currently, you're signed up to an individual account and I recommend to reach out to the account's main Admin instead.
